  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30 1991) is better known under his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American artist, rapper and songwriter. He is also a record producer. His stage name is the name of his favorite uncle, paired with the name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label deal with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. He's signed to Epic and T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album of full length, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released on self-release. In 2013 Scott released his first full-length mixtape called Owl Pharaoh. It was then immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut studio album included the hit song "Antidote". His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first album to reach the top spot on the Billboard 200. The following year, Scott released a collaborative album featuring Quavo entitled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the name group Huncho Jack.In 2018 his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to critical acclaim and produced his debut Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys was released on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following the release of his single "Franchise", which featured Young Thug as well as M.I.A., Scott was successful in releasing the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first performer on the Hot 100 to have three songs reach number one within one year.
